OUR POLICY

1. Appointments & Scheduling

  • We welcome walk-ins, but appointments are recommended for better service.

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can start on time.

  • If you are 10+ minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 12–24 hours in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

3. Refunds & Redo Policy

  • Services are non-refundable.

  • If you experience issues (lifting, chipping, breakage), please contact us within:
    • Gel polish: 3 days
    • Acrylic/Hard Gel: 5 days

  • We offer a free fix within the time window. After that, regular fees apply.

4. Health & Safety

  • We cannot perform services on open wounds, infections, or contagious conditions.

  • For your safety, please inform the technician of any allergies or sensitivities.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

5. Payment & Gratuity

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.

  • Gratuity is appreciated but not required.

6. Pricing & Service Adjustments

  • Prices may vary depending on length, shape, add-ons, and nail condition.

  • Please confirm pricing before service begins.

  • If additional work is requested, an upcharge will apply.

7. Personal Belongings

  • The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables with you.

8. Cleanliness & Conduct

  • No food on the workstations. Drinks must have secure lids.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.

9. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
